Dutch oven delights!
hey boys and girls! mike checkin in again. we have been a busy bunch since my last update. the 17th we had an off day in Colorado springs, and had the opportunity to go to the NFG show. four year strong, a day to remember and new found glory owned. we hung out with adtr for a bit, they were cool. after that we went into the venue to check out four year strong. these dudes are some of the nicest guys ever, and put on a KILLER show. after they played I talked to dan about guitars and amps, I know, I’m a nerd. :P.
after the show, we had a 12 hour caravan drive with the cab to Pocatello Idaho, a little town in the middle of nowhere. I had the 7am-2pm driving shift, and I must say the scenery and mountains were some of the most far out things I’ve ever seen. we got to Pocatello at around 2 and checked into our hotel. after that we headed over to the venue, the “booth barn” which claimed to be the home of “the Dutch oven delight” All of us got a huge kick out of that, cause I mean come on, Dutch ovens are hilarious. Hahahah.
anyways, the venue was literally a huge barn. it was one of the smaller crowds we’ve played to so far on tour, but definitly one of the craziest and loudest! it was a great show. after the show we went back and hung out at the hotel with all the other bands. unfortunatly I did not get to partake in the festivities, I was feeling really sick. :( day quil works miracles tho, and I’m feeling much better now! wooo!
we went to breakfast this morning at a sweet little diner type place. now we are on our way to Boise, Idaho for the show tonight. if your comin out come say hi! still fly by big tymers just came on my iPod, so I’m jammin out. numba one stunna, what what! haha. everyone as your reading this put a random song on and jam out. it’s fun!!!!
